Acron FTDs feature accurate representations of all primary flight displays, navigational displays and engine systems.  Sounds are realistic and provide the training flight crew with all information needed for flight operations.

Bell 412/Griffon CH-146

The Bell 412/Griffon CH-146 Tactical Training Device from Acron is able to be configured with single or multi-channel visual output, enclosed or open cockpit and can incorporate real or simulated instruments and controls.  One of the key features of this simulator is that it can be dismantled very easily and moved through standard office doors for quick and mobile set-up in most locations.  The simulator uses touch screens for the instrument panels and is designed as a low fidelity tactics trainer to familiarize air crews and crew commanders with situations that they will face if deployed on operations.  The low cost of this simulator means that military units can now afford tactics trainers down to unit level rather than wait in line to use high cost "bouncing boxes" at training squadrons.
