e-Learning Product Programmers

Job Description:

Acron Capability Engineering Inc (www.acroneng.com) is currently seeking e-Learning Product Programmers for multiple positions in Oromocto, New Brunswick.

The Programmers primary duties include creating dynamic and interactive flash content, developing assets for courseware packages and maintaining/organizing existing courseware assets. The developer may also be requested to investigate new technologies for future implementation and coach team members.

The position requires:

• Must have a University Degree or Diploma in any field
• Have a minimum of three (3) years experience in programming web-based applications using Java, C-based language, or a scripting language, as well as, database and/or file structured back-ends.
• Developed and package a minimum of two (2) Computer-based training (CBT) and/or Web-based training (WBT) courses within the last three (3) years
• Optimized for performance including Multi-Media assets audio, video, or still images for a minimum of (2) eLearning products
• Be able to obtain Federal Government Security clearance

• Must have a Diploma in Computer Science of equivalent (Diploma in Web Design, graphic design etc..)
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience within the last 5 years working as a multimedia developer related to Adobe Flash development of courseware
• Must have experience working as a lead developer within the last 5 years developing  courseware and standalone assets, programming using Adobe Actionscript
• Must be able to obtain Federal Government Security clearance
